Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; onsite five days per week

Salary: $200,000–$225,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own a core platform domain across product strategy, roadmap development, and shipped outcomes.
• Identify and launch AI features for patients, providers, and customer service agents with evaluations and guardrails for responsible clinical deployment.
• Lead discovery with clinical, operational, and pharmacy stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and use cases.
• Gather feedback from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners to prioritize the roadmap.
• Partner with engineering on integrations and interoperability requirements.
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for product performance.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience; the role description references 0–2+ years of experience.
• Experience owning product roadmaps from strategy through execution.
• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
• Track record of shipping products through cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in digital health startups, healthcare technology, or health systems innovation is preferred.
