TL;DR

Location: Munich, Germany; flexible hybrid work model with the option to work remotely two days per week.

Work is performed on behalf of a Haystack partner that develops products requiring user, technical, and release documentation.
What you will do
- Create user guides, technical system documentation, and release or update information.
- Collaborate closely with agile teams as the primary documentation contact.
- Optimize documentation processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
- Support the migration of documentation tools and ensure seamless content transfer.
- Review and update existing documentation to maintain evolving information standards.
- Manage document translation to support international access to information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical writer, copywriter, or translator creating sophisticated documentation.
- Degree in philology or a comparable qualification.
- Ability to explain complex subjects clearly and precisely.
- Excellent German and English language skills required.
- Structured, meticulous working style and strong teamwork skills.
