Parts Clerk (Manufacturing)

Location: Leawood, Kansas; onsite

Salary: $15.00–$18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Fulfill customer and technician part requests and identify the correct part numbers.
• Receive, process, stock, and ship parts and products from vendors.
• Maintain inventory, parts/model data, and required records in computer-based systems.
• Conduct inventory audits, resolve discrepancies, and document defective parts.
• Interpret schematic manuals and parts diagrams; assemble or disassemble units and components as needed.
• Maintain an orderly parts department and support layout improvements, shipping, and daily cleanup.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electronic parts, including ICs, transistors, and PCBs.
• Ability to read technical manuals and parts diagrams, identify complex part numbers, and handle very small components.
• Working knowledge of Windows and ability to learn new applications.
• Strong organization, decision-making, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to lift or move 20–70 pounds.
