Intern - Communications (Manufacturing)

Location: Bridgeton, Missouri, United States; onsite. Ability to relocate if not local.

What you will do

• Support communication plans, internal communication projects, and company programs.
• Draft articles and feature stories for the weekly companywide e-newsletter.
• Support quarterly town hall meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create videos and capture photos that represent the organization’s culture.
• Network with senior leaders, associates, and other interns while participating in community, career development, and team-building events.
• Work in a cross-functional team to identify a solution, develop a business proposal, and present it in the Ideation & Innovation Challenge.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication, creativity, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bridgeton, Missouri, or relocate if not local.
