Environmental Solutions Operations Supervisor (Hazardous Waste)

What you will do

• Supervise operations personnel and direct activities for an assigned work shift.
• Oversee inbound waste sampling, analysis, treatment, documentation, storage, and final disposition.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and treatment facilities, including off-loading operations.
• Ensure compliance with facility operating permits, waste profiles, inventory controls, and RCRA manifest requirements.
• Enforce safety procedures, train personnel, and participate in facility and transportation emergency response operations.
• Interview, hire, assign, evaluate, reward, and discipline employees while resolving workplace issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste management.
• Knowledge of personnel management, operations, equipment, waste processing, and recycling techniques.
• Knowledge of receiving, purchasing, work orders, special licenses, and DOT training.
• Accuracy, thoroughness, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
• Ability to work onsite at the Laveen, Arizona facility and directly supervise two or more employees.
