Salary: $137,400–$240,400 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Lead Master Data Management data integration and movement across the enterprise.
• Translate KYC, client onboarding, reporting, relationship manager hierarchy, and related business needs into MDM requirements.
• Define functional requirements, specifications, data models, business rules, and processes for Master Party, Account, and Enterprise Reference Data domains.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, quality assurance, and master data distribution.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs and ensure implementation of data standards, controls, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Stewards, Data Owners, Architecture, and Data Governance teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Master Data Management, data integration, and enterprise data movement.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, standards, controls, and business rules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and data models.
• Experience with client lifecycle, regulatory, or enterprise data management processes, including KYC or client onboarding.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
