Customer Success Advocate

Location: Remote, limited to permanent residents of Utah, Texas, or North Carolina. Training runs for three weeks, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM MST, with 100% attendance required. Afternoon/evening shifts include one required weekend shift each week.

Salary: $15–$21 USD per hour, plus bonus potential of up to $6 per hour.

What you will do

• Handle inbound sales and customer service calls without cold calling.
• Advise customers on contact lens purchases and help them get the best value.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and make decisions independently to improve the customer experience.
• Deliver consistent service in a fast-paced, changing virtual contact center.
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues through one-on-ones, meetings, chats, and other virtual interactions.
• Meet performance metrics including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Must permanently reside in Utah, Texas, or North Carolina.
• Reliable internet with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Computer literacy and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• A private, dedicated, interruption-free workspace that supports confidentiality.
• Positive, driven, solution-oriented approach and a customer-focused personality.
