Location: In-office in Orange, Connecticut, or Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Base salary: $141,120–$176,400 in Orange, CT; $147,520–$184,400 in Boston, MA.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and deploy AI solutions for business environments with attention to scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collect and clean datasets for machine learning applications.
• Test and evaluate AI models against business objectives.
• Monitor, optimize, and update deployed AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into existing systems and workflows.
• Assess emerging AI and machine learning technologies for organizational applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in AI data science, machine learning engineering, or data analytics.
• At least two years of experience designing and implementing AI solutions involving machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, NLP, or data mining.
• Experience with big data processing and distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
• Expert knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
• Programming proficiency in Python, R, JavaScript, and C++, plus knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure, GCP, and data engineering concepts.
