Part-Time Field Services Rep (MedTech)

Location: Long Island, New York; travel up to 80% within and outside the state

What you will do

• Oversee the preparation and shipment of materials, including labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, resolve workflow issues, and assist with process improvements.
• Educate and train facility staff through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Use digital tools and reporting platforms to support training and share performance insights.
• Conduct facility visits, support onboarding, and gather feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Current valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel in a personal vehicle to assigned facilities and work on-site.
• Credentialing or hospital certification required to access assigned facilities.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, provide customer service, lift at least 30 pounds, and work extended, odd, or on-call hours as needed.
