hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead digital M&A integration and carve-out initiatives throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Conduct IT due diligence, including data room reviews, diligence calls, request lists, and integration or separation strategy development.
• Manage end-to-end digital program delivery, including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead project managers and cross-functional teams, facilitating governance forums and executive stakeholder communications.
• Manage engagement financial performance, forecasting, margins, resource utilization, and project economics.
• Support organizational readiness, adoption, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across engagements.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Experience with M&A integration, carve-outs, IT due diligence, and complex digital program delivery.
• Ability to apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Significant travel is required, exceeding 50%.
