Senior Staff, Product Development Engineering (3D NAND)

What you will do

• Lead product development teams qualifying 3D NAND OEM products for data center applications.
• Drive cross-functional meetings and execution against product specifications and schedules.
• Evaluate technical results, challenge engineering conclusions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create and manage engineering project plans, schedules, dependencies, and technical task reporting.
• Resolve memory issues, escalate risks, and coordinate NAND memory readiness reviews.
• Interface with customers and system stakeholders on product specifications, development schedules, and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent major.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Expertise in semiconductor technology development, product qualification, and ramp into mass production.
• Experience with customer interfacing, 3D NAND device physics, and SSD architecture.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and circuits, DRAM, NAND cells, and TSV reliability.
• Experience with SSD system usage, debugging, troubleshooting, risk mitigation, and hardware and software applications.

Nice to have

• AI/ML usage in the semiconductor domain.
• Basic scripting skills with Perl or Python.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and meters.
• Experience analyzing complex problems and working effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
