Senior Product Manager (AI Agents)

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Clear curative AI agent portfolio, including roadmap, scoping, releases, adoption, and iteration.
• Define precise requirements for AI systems operating in real estate title workflows across all 50 states.
• Build rapid prototypes to validate product ideas before engineering investment.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to break ambitious goals into shippable milestones.
• Analyze deployment, utilization, performance, and cost-per-run metrics to improve prioritization and accuracy.
• Work with executives, GTM, Customer Success, and customers to communicate roadmap decisions and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products.
• Professional or personal experience building AI agents, with a working demo ready for discussion.
• Daily fluency with AI tooling such as Claude Code or an equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or ERP products and complex, interconnected systems.
• Analytical, metrics-driven approach to defining success, instrumenting products, and acting on results.
• Exceptional written communication and the ability to create concise, defensible PRDs.
