Principal Product Manager, Mid-Market Data Intelligence (AI)

Salary: $243,000–$328,500 base pay annually

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Mid-Market Data Intelligence layer.
• Design the architecture and product requirements for integrating first-party and third-party financial, operational, industry, and partner data.
• Partner with engineering and AI science to establish semantic, governance, access, and trust layers for AI agents.
• Lead user research and rapid prototyping with Mid-Market customers, accountants, and internal product teams.
• Set OKRs and success metrics for platform maturity, data quality, adoption, and business decision-making.
• Build alignment with engineering leadership, security, and cross-functional partners through technical and executive-ready communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience building enterprise-grade data platform, data infrastructure, data intelligence, or analytics products from concept to production.
• Deep understanding of AI-ready data architecture, including data catalogs, lakehouse or warehouse patterns, governance, access control, lineage, and data quality.
• Experience integrating first-party and third-party data sources with appropriate trust, security, and quality controls.
• Ability to work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical architecture decisions to executive and non-technical audiences.
