What you will do
- Develop and maintain cycle-count procedures to support accurate material planning signals.
- Investigate inventory variances, identify root causes, and document corrective actions through resolution.
- Optimize pick paths for raw materials and finished goods moving through production and outbound staging.
- Manage FIFO rotation, inbound and outbound staging, completion locations, yard inventory, and quarantine materials.
- Monitor storage capacity, inventory organization, labeling, receipt accuracy, and Ti-Hi compliance.
- Collaborate with Material Planning, Production Management, and Allocator teams on operational efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply-Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or five years of equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in inventory control or supply-chain planning, unless qualifying through equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate by phone, email, and in person.
- Self-starter who can work in a physical warehouse, production, and yard environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
