Inventory Control Controller (Manufacturing)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; onsite manufacturing environment with the ability to stand, sit, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours per day.

What you will do

• Monitor and record inventory levels to maintain accurate stock records and prevent loss.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and errors, then make corrections.
• Maintain sufficient stock for operational and customer demand while minimizing overstocking and waste.
• Coordinate material flow and schedules with purchasing, production, and other internal departments.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular inventory audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment and perform physical duties for up to 10 hours per day.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, self-motivation, follow-up skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a team.
