Salary: $82,367.58–$124,614.60 per year

What you will do
- Deliver assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for oncology and hematology patients.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, medications, infusions, blood transfusions, and supportive therapies according to clinical guidelines.
- Provide direct patient care, telephone triage, symptom management, and patient and family education.
- Perform peripheral and central venous access procedures and safely handle hazardous, cytotoxic, and biological agents.
- Coordinate referrals, home care, hospice, community resources, and care across the patient continuum.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, assistive personnel, and external healthcare organizations; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or New Hampshire is required.
- AHA BLS certification is required; AHA ACLS is acceptable as a minimum requirement.
- At least one year of recent RN experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing is strongly preferred; candidates with an associate degree must complete a BSN within four years.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, independent decision-making, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English is required.
Nice to have
- Ambulatory or oncology nursing experience.
- Intravenous therapy skills.
- Professional nursing certification such as OCN, BMTCN, CPHON, AOCNP, CRNI, or RN-BC.
