What you will do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Deliver food that meets quality standards and guest expectations within recommended time frames.
• Maintain kitchen stations, equipment, floors, drains, mats, walls, and trash areas.
• Store products correctly and follow preparation sheets to control costs and reduce waste.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and equipment operation procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to support smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Previous hotel or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Clear communication with other team members.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment, stand or walk throughout the shift, and lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
