Events Lead (Part-Time)

Location: Primarily on-site at the winery and event venues in Paso Robles, California, USA

Pay: $18.50–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and break down events, including tablescapes, décor, signage, and service stations.
• Support event execution, timelines, service standards, and smooth event flow.
• Provide warm, professional guest service and proactively resolve guest needs.
• Assist with food and wine service, including tray passing and presentation.
• Coordinate with culinary, tasting room, hospitality, and operations teams.
• Maintain event-space cleanliness and organization and manage glassware, linens, and other supplies.

Requirements

• Previous events experience in a restaurant, winery, or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Basic wine knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification or ability to obtain it.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability; work is primarily on-site and may involve indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
