What you will do

• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures while maintaining portion and presentation standards.
• Coordinate food preparation and order execution with the kitchen team.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Assist with food inventory management as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Prior high-volume kitchen or culinary experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
