Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence (Cybersecurity)

Location: In-office in Palo Alto, CA; Austin, TX; or Burlington, MA

Annual base salary: USD 137,500–220,000, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Develop technical battlecards, compete kits, positioning guides, and other competitive enablement content.
• Monitor market movements and competitive news, translating findings into actionable insights for sales, marketing, product management, and roadmap decisions.
• Conduct live and recorded competitive enablement training for partners and internal field teams.
• Provide customized competitive research and guidance for strategic renewals and new business opportunities.
• Support competitive programs for the Catalyst partner network and internal account teams.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or an adjacent field.
• Experience launching and marketing B2B enterprise security solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity areas including Zero Trust, DLP, Endpoint Security, and XDR.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into concise, compelling positioning and narratives.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, AI productivity applications, marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical field; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with hirify.global cybersecurity solutions or equivalent enterprise-grade security products.
• Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
