Employee Relations Partner, Remote

What you will do

• Advise business leaders and People Managers on complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy violations.
• Develop and administer Corrective Action Plans and provide recommendations on performance management.
• Conduct internal investigations into allegations including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other policy violations in partnership with ER and Legal.
• Document and track investigations and performance cases in the employee relations case management system.
• Analyze employee relations data, metrics, and trends to identify process improvements and close team gaps.
• Develop and facilitate employee relations training for People Managers and employees while monitoring employment law changes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of equivalent experience in employee relations, HR generalist work, HR business partnering, or labor and employment law.
• Experience with workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management.
• Deep understanding of US employment law and EEO regulations, including Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, anti-discrimination requirements, accommodations laws, and state equivalents.
• Strong organization, communication, confidentiality, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in challenging or confrontational situations.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience or HR certifications may be considered.
