Paint Prep Technician

Location: TN - Manchester, 4029 Manchester Recon, 1167 Manchester Industrial Pkwy, Manchester, Tennessee 37355

Salary: $23.00–$28.35 per hour. The position also includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Perform body repairs, including masking, sanding, and grinding.
• Apply primer and refinish painted surfaces to hirify.global quality standards.
• Remove and replace parts to support cosmetic and structural integrity.
• Repair plastic and substrate damage.
• Complete post-paint refinishing and correct surface defects.
• Maintain specialized equipment, follow EH&S requirements, and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Requirements

• Complete New Associate Orientation Training – Operations.
• Meet the performance standards for Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II and Flow Inventory Associate II.
• Achieve workstation certifications for Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II, Flow Inventory Associate II, and Senior Reconditioning Associate.
• Read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection and remain clean-shaven to use a half-face respirator.
