Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the data analytics and reporting function for Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions.
• Partner with business leaders, technology organizations, and enterprise data teams to prioritize analytics needs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish and execute analytics and data science roadmaps aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
• Oversee descriptive, predictive, portfolio-level, regulatory, operational, and marketing performance analysis and reporting.
• Lead, develop, and prioritize the work of analytics and data support professionals.
• Improve data solutions, reporting automation, visualization, data quality, governance, documentation, and data fluency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data science, data engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives and translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Three years of energy or utility experience.
