Special Security Technician: SAP (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support the DCSA-SPO program by writing and implementing SAP security policies, SOPs, CONOPS, and Transportation Security Plans.
• Advise program managers and senior officials on security requirements, threat and vulnerability assessments, architectures, and risk mitigation.
• Track Facility Clearance status in NISS and draft, review, and revise DD Form 254 documents using NCCS.
• Develop SAPF accreditation documentation, maintain tabbed binders, and organize electronic records in a database.
• Coordinate with OSD personnel, prepare official correspondence, and explain security actions and decisions.
• Manage security briefings and debriefings, training schedules, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category.
• 3–10 years of relevant analytical experience, including recent experience within the last two years.
• Recent, in-depth Government or Contractor SSO and SCIF operations experience.
• Experience across SCI personnel, information, physical, TEMPEST, and industrial security operations.
• Strong writing, oral communication, customer service, computer operations, secure telephone, classified information handling, and personnel indoctrination skills.
