Program Security Representative (PSR) I (SAP)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado — onsite workplace. 10–25% travel required.

Salary: $85,765–$116,035 per year, based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multidisciplinary security support for customer Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and classified data in support of U.S. military operations.
• Assess procedures, identify shortfalls, and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks across test, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and support facility oversight and close-outs.
• Investigate losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified information and prepare preliminary inquiries and damage assessments.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; ability to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph required.
• At least 5 years of related experience; SAP experience is desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate degree plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of facility, physical, and system security, including NISPOM, DoD, ICD, DCID, and SAP policies.
• Ability to brief government and senior civilian personnel and coordinate security education and awareness activities.
