Program Security Representative Senior (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Lorton, Virginia, in the greater National Capital Region. Travel required: 10–25%.

Salary: $128,039–$173,229 per year.

What you will do

• Provide multidisciplinary security and counterintelligence support for Special Access Programs, SCI activities, and critical national security missions.
• Ensure compliance with Industrial Security Program requirements and DoD, IC, and SAP regulations.
• Develop and improve policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Assess vulnerabilities, threats, and risks; investigate losses or compromises; and prepare damage assessments.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and oversee facility close-outs.
• Deliver OPSEC and counterintelligence awareness training, brief senior leaders, and mentor security personnel.

Requirements

• 14+ years of related security experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and certifications.
• At least 4 years of SAP-related security experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with counterintelligence, insider threat, or related security programs is preferred.
• SFPC and SPSC certifications may provide credited experience, subject to the stated limits.
