Program Security Representative (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Lorton, Virginia, United States; 10–25% travel required. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: $83,927–$113,549 per year.

What you will do

• Provide daily security and counterintelligence support for Special Access Programs involving Sensitive Compartmented Information and SAP activities.
• Ensure compliance with Industrial Security Program requirements and DoD, IC, and SAP regulatory guidance.
• Develop and improve policies and procedures for protecting classified and sensitive information.
• Assess vulnerabilities, threats, and risks, incorporating counterintelligence perspectives and threat reporting.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and support facility close-outs.
• Investigate losses or compromises of classified information and brief government, military, and senior civilian leaders on security risks and mitigation.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start; must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with a CI polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• At least 9 years of related security experience, or an accepted combination of experience and a related degree.
• At least 2 years of SAP-related security experience.
• Experience with counterintelligence, insider threat, or related security programs is preferred.
• Security certifications may receive equivalent-experience credit under the stated limits.
