ERP Business Systems Analyst II (JD Edwards)

Location: Hybrid position based at the Brookfield Center POB office in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with onsite work 2–3 days per week; travel to manufacturing facilities throughout North America may be required up to 30% annually.

What you will do

• Support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne users and business processes across the organization.
• Gather and document ERP requirements, business processes, functional specifications, procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify and implement ERP solutions and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot JD Edwards modules and related enterprise applications, and create reports using JDE tools.
• Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, configuration, validation, user acceptance testing, and application testing.
• Facilitate EDI onboarding and integrations for customers and vendors, provide user training, and support cross-functional ERP initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
• At least 3 years of ERP implementation and/or upgrade experience.
• At least 3 years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, and ERP enhancements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Waukesha, Wisconsin 2–3 days per week and travel to manufacturing facilities up to 30% annually.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of JDE Sales, Procurement, Shop Floor Management, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and EDI processes.
• Knowledge of JDE Finance modules and integrations across customer service, sales order entry, inventory, finance, and procurement.
• Experience in manufacturing, accounting, costing, or job costing environments.
• Experience developing business documentation and delivering user training.
