Location: Onsite in Kent, Washington, USA. Eligible candidates must have U.S. citizenship, qualifying U.S. nationality or immigration status, including lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylum.
Salary: $77,968–$130,228 annual salary.

What you will do
- Develop quality plans and inspection criteria from contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain quality documentation and approve production planning for quality, first article, and inspection requirements.
- Lead reviews of non-conforming materials, corrective and preventive actions, and material review board activities.
- Conduct internal and external audits, evaluate findings, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop supplier quality strategies and lead cross-functional improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Use predictive analytics and digital quality systems to improve performance while mentoring quality engineers and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in quality management systems, AS9100, Nadcap, advanced analytics, and supplier quality management.
- Experience with strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, digital quality transformation, predictive tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, including model-based definition, and familiarity with measurement and inspection equipment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, influencing, and strategic decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- ASQ certification, especially Certified Quality Engineer, and Certified Lead Auditor training.
- Experience with composite materials and lean manufacturing.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
