TL;DR
Learning Experience Designer (AI): Designing and delivering scalable e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions for adult learners with an accent on instructional design, multimedia production, and learning management systems. Focus on conducting needs assessments, curating technology-provider content, managing multiple learning projects, and facilitating collaborative learning communities.
Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work arrangement. A valid working visa for Romania is required.

What you will do
- Create and curate e-learning modules, trainer-led courses, and blended learning programs.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to build learner-centered experiences and curricula.
- Conduct needs assessments with requestors, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, recommending appropriate learning approaches.
- Partner with internal and external content providers and technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and GCP.
- Manage multiple learning projects, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate social learning communities and encourage knowledge sharing in an inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and curating learning solutions for adult learners across digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended environments.
- Expertise with learning content authoring tools, multimedia production, and AI-enabled technologies, including Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI platforms.
- Experience administering and optimizing learning management systems, ideally Docebo and Percipio.
- Background in Learning & Development within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
- Fluent/professional English written and verbal communication and a valid working visa for Romania are required.
