Sr Sales Supervision Principal - Advice Center

Location: Denver, Colorado; office environment

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct and oversee account reviews focused on client best interests.
• Preapprove complex securities and investment products before client distribution.
• Provide compliance training, principal guidance, supervisory feedback, and recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to business-line processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Track investment issues, complaints, quality reports, and potential compliance concerns.
• Manage OSJ files, support licensing and registration, investigate violations, and prepare for regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of suitability or best-interest review, investment sales supervision, or similar experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, 26, and 24 licenses.
• Series 65 or 66, or the ability to obtain it within six months.
• Thorough knowledge of securities products and FINRA, SEC, and DOL regulations.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, attention-to-detail, and MS Office skills.
