Sr Associate, Brokerage Operations

Location: Chicago, IL, with a hybrid working model combining office and home working

Salary: $67,500–$111,500 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Support operations and client service for the global brokerage business.
• Process trades from book-out and allocation through settlement and account reconciliation.
• Resolve straightforward operational problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Write and maintain high-quality procedure documentation.
• Assist with training new starters and provide informal guidance to team members.
• Challenge existing processes and propose operational improvements.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Brokerage operations knowledge or equivalent expertise gained through formal education or experience.
• Understanding of regional regulatory requirements and key business drivers.
• Prior financial operations industry experience is preferred.
• FINRA Series 99 license required; Series 7 and 63 are preferred or must be obtained within 90 days.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
