What you will do
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, conference rooms, travel arrangements, and business meal deliveries.
- Support leaders and employees with expense reports and ensure expenses are correctly charged.
- Create and submit indirect purchase requisitions and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
- Provide front-desk coverage and support internal, customer, and office events.
- Perform clerical tasks including copying, scanning, data entry, and administrative coordination.
- Assist with process improvements, tool testing, governance, and Operations and MST administrative projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a higher-level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- 3+ years of relevant office administration or administrative support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, multi-line phone systems, facility access control systems, ticketing systems, seating software, and procurement systems.
- Strong organization, communication, multitasking, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, sit or stand for extended periods, use office equipment, and travel when required.
Nice to have
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in aerospace and defense, secured facilities, or U.S. military and Department of Defense environments.
- Advanced Workday or similar HRIS knowledge and administrative certifications.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications.
- Knowledge of security and safety protocols and experience contributing to solutions under guidance.
