What you will do

• Assess clients’ business systems across people, processes, and technology, and prepare findings and analysis reports.
• Lead Sage Intacct and other ERP implementation or restructuring projects from planning through ongoing support.
• Analyze transactional flows, correct system errors, and configure complex reporting requirements.
• Develop project scopes, proposals, engagement letters, timelines, budgets, and change orders.
• Supervise project staff, review deliverables, provide performance feedback, and maintain quality control.
• Build client relationships through consulting, networking, proposals, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as a senior-level leader.
• Proven experience leading multiple Sage Intacct implementations from discovery and solution design through configuration, go-live, and ongoing client support.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including financial statements, inventory processes, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with project management, implementation teams, process evaluation, project budgets, timelines, and change orders.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and inventory structures, third-party business applications, business development, and advanced Excel use.

Nice to have

• Active Sage Intacct certification, preferably Implementation Specialist, Consultant, or Advanced certification.
• Prior professional services experience.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
