What you will do

• Create and update Interactive Custom Report Writer reports in Sage Intacct for multiple customers.
• Design industry-specific KPIs, reports, pivot tables, prompts, and dashboards using ICRW and related reporting tools.
• Build knowledge of Sage Intacct Platform Services objects, relationships, product features, and enhancements.
• Develop expertise in construction-industry terminology and operational processes across relevant micro-verticals.
• Resolve customer technical support issues related to ICRW reports.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success while managing project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, or Business preferred.
• Three or more years of experience with ICRW reporting, SQL, Sage Intacct, ERP or financial applications, SaaS implementations, or construction accounting and operations.
• Ability to write, analyze, optimize, read, and troubleshoot SQL, including JOIN and UNION statements.
• Understanding of Sage Intacct object structures, data sources, ICRW capabilities, reporting areas, pivot tables, and prompts.
• Ability to estimate project effort, manage five or more concurrent projects, and deliver against client requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
