What you will do

• Manage and service existing clients and bank customers while identifying their individual financial needs.
• Acquire new clients through internal referrals and external sources, selling investment products.
• Identify sales opportunities and initiate investment products or refer customers to Trust, Insurance, loans, or Retail banking.
• Support Associate Financial Advisors through additional training in customer profiling, sales skills, and goal achievement.
• Maintain client files, complete continuing education, and keep required FINRA licensing current.
• Review licensed bankers’ work for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance while managing business risks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of job-related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong management, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software, including basic MS Word and PowerPoint and intermediate MS Excel.
• Life/Health license and FINRA Series 7 and 63 and 65, or Series 66.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
