Warehouse Associate, Receiving

Location: Onsite at 211 S Hill Drive, Suite G, Brisbane, CA 94005, USA. Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM–2:15 PM.

Salary: $27.00–$30.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Receive, process, inspect, and route incoming products using PC-based software.
• Compare shipment details with bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.
• Identify damaged or missing items, document discrepancies, arrange replacements, and communicate issues to management.
• Coordinate daily cycle counting and quarterly physical inventories with the Warehouse Manager.
• Reconcile inventory adjustments, move overstock, and break down boxes for recycling.
• Partner with Epicor Specialists, Accounts Payable, Operations, Purchasing, and Plan Review to resolve purchase-order and inventory issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations, preferably in construction, home renovation, or a luxury-brand environment.
• Experience supporting supply chain requirements.
• Ability to calculate invoice and shipping totals and accurately count inventory.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and comfort using technology.
• Some locations require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field.
