People & Culture Business Partner (Sales)

Location: Longmont, Colorado, USA

Salary: USD 112,000–120,000 per year, plus a target 10% profit-sharing bonus and 401(k) match up to 8%.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across the Americas sales business unit to translate business strategy into workforce and people priorities.
• Advise managers on workforce planning, succession, talent development, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, inclusive leadership, and team development.
• Support organizational transformation, change communications, leadership alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead talent reviews, performance processes, employee development, internal mobility, and recognition initiatives.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, policy application, employment-law compliance, and compensation guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive HR or People experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or advisory role.
• Experience supporting commercial or sales units within a technical organization is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, employment laws, HRIS, and people analytics.
• Strong business acumen, coaching, communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or an equivalent credential is required, or certification must be obtained within one year.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Spanish or German language skills, depending on regional scope.
• Experience with AI-enabled HR tools and ethical application of people analytics.
