Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Onsite in Burlington, Massachusetts, 4 days per week; occasional travel of approximately 10% may be required.

Base compensation: $174,000–$218,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide financial guidance, business insights, and trusted partnership to executive leaders and operating teams.
• Lead annual operating plan and multi-year strategic planning cycles, including forecasts and operational drivers.
• Monitor performance against plans and develop leading indicators with business teams.
• Build business analytics, business intelligence capabilities, reporting tools, and improved financial systems.
• Prepare Board materials and collaborate with Investor Relations on earnings preparation, external messaging, and investor meetings.
• Develop business cases for growth initiatives, new products and locations, and M&A opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and operational metrics.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX/internal control requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, HFM, OneStream, Tableau, and related analytics tools.
