Sr Mgr, Finance - BlackLine & Kyriba COE

Salary: $140,000–$192,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support the implementation, stabilization, optimization, and ongoing use of BlackLine and Kyriba across Finance.
• Translate business requirements into system-enabled solutions with Accounting, Treasury, IT, Finance Transformation, and external partners.
• Maintain configuration standards, workflows, approval structures, user roles, operating procedures, and governance routines.
• Improve automation, reduce manual work, strengthen close and treasury processes, and monitor adoption and effectiveness through metrics.
• Build and maintain the BlackLine and Kyriba Center of Excellence, including documentation, support routines, service expectations, and roadmap priorities.
• Support testing, issue resolution, release readiness, change management, training, and user adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Treasury, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, Shared Services, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, financial close, account reconciliations, journal entries, controls, governance, and audit requirements.
• Experience with BlackLine is required; experience with Kyriba, treasury systems, ERP platforms, or finance technology administration is preferred.
• Experience with system configuration, workflow design, user access, testing, issue resolution, and release or change management.
• Ability to work across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, IT, Internal Audit, and transformation teams in a complex matrixed environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect system functionality with business processes, accounting controls, and operating model requirements.

Nice to have

• CPA, MBA, accounting certification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building governance routines and operating practices in an evolving organization.
