Data Intelligence Analyst I (AI)

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate Chinese- and English-language data sources to improve data utilization and risk detection at scale.
• Research Chinese-language sources to identify relevant actors, relationships, activities, and risk indicators related to PRC economic statecraft.
• Apply intelligence production standards, structured analytic techniques, risk methodologies, and assessment frameworks to develop actionable intelligence.
• Evaluate AI-generated intelligence outputs for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and methodological compliance.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support research, data enrichment, analysis, and new intelligence workflows.
• Collaborate with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams on automation, product development, and scalable intelligence capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, data science, computer science, intelligence studies, Chinese language, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of experience in intelligence analysis, quality assurance, data evaluation, or a related analytical field; relevant coursework, internships, or service experience may substitute.
• Chinese-language proficiency sufficient to research, evaluate, and interpret Chinese-language sources for intelligence analysis.
• Foundational knowledge of PRC economic statecraft and intelligence analysis practices.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools, including AI-native development environments, agentic tools, or large language model interfaces.
• Clear written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
