Business Operations Analyst

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with office attendance when required

What you will do

• Identify and map improvement opportunities across Client Operations and the broader client pillar.
• Lead projects and initiatives, owning deliverables and coordinating actions with other teams.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, office hours, and training sessions to communicate improvements and align on processes.
• Create documentation for processes, policies, definitions, and ongoing projects.
• Analyze client data and support sales teams with established operational processes.
• Develop efficiency solutions and controls for partner operations teams while managing expectations and overcoming objections.

Requirements

• Residence in São Paulo and availability to attend the office when required.
• Completed bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel and strong analytical skills for interpreting data, extracting insights, and creating corporate presentations.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English required.

Nice to have

• Intermediate or advanced SQL and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Experience with process mapping or business transformation projects.
• Experience in customer service or B2B operations.
