Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Tampa, Florida — hybrid, with remote and in-person work

hirify.global delivers Enterprise Knowledge Management services through a Blanket Purchase Agreement supporting a U.S. Combatant Command and related component and special operations commands.

What you will do

• Map end-to-end business workflows, including handoffs, delays, pain points, roles, dependencies, and inputs and outputs.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data through stakeholder interviews, workshops, observations, system analytics, and document reviews.
• Identify information exchange requirements and assess information pathways for duplication, delays, interoperability gaps, and security constraints.
• Develop standardized as-is and to-be process maps, business process documentation, procedural guides, and reference materials.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, support ad hoc analysis, and provide reporting to Government stakeholders.
• Measure process changes, workflow efficiency, and user adoption while applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile retrospective methods.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• An active Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Hands-on Power BI report development and working SQL proficiency.
• Experience producing process maps and business process documentation, with strong interviewing, facilitation, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience supporting a Combatant Command, Service headquarters, or SOF organization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable process improvement certification, or Microsoft PL-300 certification.
• Experience with Information Exchange Requirements, mission thread analysis, surveys, measures of effectiveness, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, or Power Query.
• Experience working across NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
