Treasury Management Specialist Sr (Banking)

What you will do

• Research client financial structures and cash-flow needs to recommend tailored treasury solutions.
• Support Treasury Management Advisors with pricing strategies, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and sales analysis.
• Prepare pitch materials, account strategies, proposals, and client review documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on service implementation and accurate billing.
• Support the full client engagement cycle from proposal development through service activation.
• Build internal relationships and contribute to treasury management revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in treasury management and/or banking.
• Experience serving mid-market clients with annual revenues between $100 million and $1 billion.
• Experience cultivating long-term relationships with privately held businesses and regional enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or an equivalent treasury credential.
• Background in client relationship management, sales, or portfolio development.
