Claims Service Specialist

Location: Katy, Texas, United States; complete in-office training followed by 80% on-site and 20% off-site work

Salary: $27.69–$30.77 per hour ($55,795.35–$62,001.55 annually). Evening shifts receive a 10% differential, and weekends receive a 20% differential. Active adjuster-licensed candidates may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Manage incoming customer calls and provide empathetic support after accidents.
• Collect accident facts, investigate claim details, and obtain statements from involved parties.
• Guide policyholders through their coverage and the steps required to get back on the road.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive claims experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Customer-facing claims experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
