Institutional Lending Manager

What you will do

• Lead the institutional lending team through coaching, training, feedback, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Manage institutional loan purchases, including review processes for loans exceeding established approval criteria.
• Manage institutional loan sales, including partner responses, due diligence, pool creation, metrics, and contract review.
• Coordinate loan purchaser documentation and due diligence while maintaining relationships with business partners and brokers.
• Manage loan sale inventory flow, executive reporting, partner meetings, and updates to potential purchasers.
• Improve existing lending processes and support the development of new lending programs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Remote position serving the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• At least 8 years of lending experience, such as indirect or institutional lending.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Previous experience in the financial industry, such as a credit union or bank.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, prioritization, relationship-building, computer, multi-system, and Microsoft Excel skills.
