Analyst, Client Reporting (Finance)

What you will do

• Generate high volumes of standard and customized weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for clients, consultants, and service providers.
• Perform quality control on client reports and information requests while supporting daily team operations.
• Complete due diligence questionnaires and client questionnaires.
• Investigate client inquiries, evaluate client-specific circumstances, and collaborate across departments to formulate responses.
• Maintain data integrity with intermediaries, data vendors, and research houses.
• Prepare materials for Portfolio Management, Global Client Group, Marketing, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Professional experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with willingness to learn new programs.
