Associate Program Manager (Property and Casualty Insurance)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. The salary disclosure references Morristown, New Jersey.

Salary: $85,000–$140,000 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Support state filing reviews, program onboarding, renewals, and launch checklists for MGA partner programs.
• Review deal terms and program documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Compile performance data, loss history, claims inputs, and preliminary IBNR data for renewal and reserve reviews.
• Prepare monthly reinsurer reporting packages and support reconciliation of MGA and reinsurer account balances.
• Organize underwriting guidelines, validate data, and track audit findings and remediation status.
• Maintain contract records in Lexion and support new business research for prospective MGA partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of Property and Casualty insurance experience in underwriting, operations, or compliance support.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, reporting templates, structured data, and filing systems.
• Ability to follow defined processes precisely and proactively identify exceptions or discrepancies.
• Clear written communication for internal reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with underwriting, reinsurance, bordereaux, treaty accounts, contract management, or rating systems is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with program business, MGA relationships, or fronting structures.
• Experience with Lexion or similar contract management systems.
• Exposure to underwriting and reinsurance reporting concepts.
