Aseptic Production Operator

Location: Temple, Texas, United States. Onsite role with rotating 12-hour day or night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

What you will do

• Prepare, operate, monitor, clean, and sterilize aseptic block equipment, including blow molding and filling machines.
• Monitor critical control points through HMI systems and identify contamination risks or process deviations.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, adjust machine controls, and respond to alarms to reduce downtime.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication under Maintenance Technician supervision.
• Conduct in-process quality checks, sampling, visual inspections, measurements, torque and top-load tests, bottle section weight checks, and chemical titrations.
• Document production, quality, machine, and downtime data in Presage, Infinity, Oracle, MES, or related systems.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar manufacturing field and two years of experience in the position.
• Experience operating aseptic machines.
• Technical high school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic production, microbiology, pH, low-acid and high-acid products, sterility loss, GHS, and SDS principles.
• Ability to follow cGMP, food safety, quality, LOTO, PPE, and other safety procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Temple, Texas, with regular attendance and rotating 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Nice to have

• Six years of experience in a similar manufacturing field or position.
• Two years of experience managing people or projects.
• Associate degree, Yellow Belt certification, Aseptic Processing and Packaging training, or Better Process Control School certification.
