Supervisor, Production (12-Hour Overnight Shift)

Location: Melrose Park, Illinois, United States; onsite, 12-hour overnight shift

What you will do

• Supervise liquid production personnel and coordinate production activities on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules covering component preparation, aseptic and terminally sterilized filling, capping, and lyophilization.
• Work with department management and other functional areas to coordinate operational support.
• Lead deviation investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate staffing, training, performance evaluation, and communication across operations and shifts.
• Review production batch records, create and revise SOPs, and provide production data for reporting and line-efficiency tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
• At least five years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• At least two years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Effective spoken and written English is required to understand policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and cover vacations and operational staffing gaps is required.
